Why do I need to enter my card details if I've got a gift subscription?
We need your card details to verify your account. Don't worry, you won't be charged for the subscription (just make sure to enter your gift code at the second step of the checkout), and once your gift subscription expires, that's it – no sneaky automatic renewals or payments. Plus, with your card details already saved it'll make it even easier to grab any bottles that catch your eye from the Member Store!
How do I redeem a gift card or apply a discount code?
Have a gift card to use? Go to the redeem a gift card page, and enter your code to confirm what it's for (you'll also be able to copy your code at a click of a button on the next page, ready to use in checkout). Then, on the second step of the checkout, add your code to 'Apply a gift card' and place your order. Got a discount code? Simply enter it on the payment page!
Can I change my mind after I've bought a subscription?
Sure thing! As a consumer, you are allowed to change your mind within the first 14 days of purchasing a subscription OR within the first 14 days of receiving your order for absolutely no reason. However, if you change your mind after you've received a box, in order to secure a refund, we will need you to send the box with all of its contents back in good condition.
What can I do if the goods are damaged or if my box is incomplete?

My monthly box hasn't turned up. What should I do?
If your box has gone awry, we’ll do everything we can to sort it out. Get in touch with our customer service team on +44 (0) 1892 267 700 or firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll get on the case immediately.
Can I return my box?
If you haven’t opened your box and it’s in a resalable condition, you can send it back to us. Our customer service team is ready to help, reach us on +44 (0) 1892 267 700 or email@example.com. Another option is to refuse delivery, and the box will come back to us.
Can I get a refund?
Once we’ve processed your order we can’t issue refunds unless you return your box to us unopened and in a resalable condition. Sadly, we can’t issue refunds if you’re not happy with the contents. It doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
If I do not like one product, can I send it back and change to something I do like?
Our team of experts curates each box to create a flavour journey. We choose whiskies we adore, and match them with others to showcase the incredible spectrum the spirit offers – and we reckon you’ll love the results. It’s not possible to exchange individual samples, but we always want your feedback. Drop us a line on firstname.lastname@example.org if you think we need to be doing better.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes! You can choose one of our gift subscriptions, which run for a set period of 3 months. The lucky recipient will then receive a Pour & Sip box each month, along with access to our live tastings and Member Store. They’ll also be able to extend their subscription afterwards if they want to. It’s the gift that keeps on giving!
What happens after my subscription expires?
If you’ve signed up for our monthly Pour & Sip subscription, your membership never expires – but you can pause, restart or cancel at any time with no extra cost! If you have purchased a gift subscription, it will expire automatically once the final box (depending on what subscription length you have chosen to give) has been shipped to the recipient – but afterwards, they always have the option of extending their subscription.
