When will I be paying for the monthly subscription?
You’ll pay for your first box when you sign up. After that, we take payments on 27th of the month, before your next box is due. If you’re buying someone a three-month gift subscription (lucky them!) you’ll pay the full amount upfront.
Can I change the date I will be paying?
We take all member payments on the 27th of the month. It matches up with the day we start preparing Pour & Sip boxes for shipping – which means we make sure you get yours on the first week of each month! For that reason, we’re not able to offer different payment dates.
How do I update my payment details and billing information?
Easy! Just log into your account, head to your account details, and you’ll find everything you ended to update your payment details and billing info. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most debit and credit card payments like Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners, Discover and JCB as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not, there are no sneaky fees at all. We don’t even charge for delivery! Everything is wrapped up in your £29.95 monthly subscription.
Where do I apply a voucher or discount code?
If you’ve got a voucher or discount code (hurrah!) just pop it into the field on the payment page.
What to do if my voucher code is not working?
There are a few tricks for this. Double-check that your code is still valid (most will have an expiry date), there aren’t any typos, and it’s a code from us. If It’s still not working, our fantastic customer service team can help on +44 (0) 1892 267 700 or email@example.com.
Are you VAT registered and can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes, and of course! Our VAT number is 662241553, and we’re always happy to send you a VAT receipt. Just email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get this sorted.
