What does Pour & Sip membership include?

Pour & Sip is an experience, not just a subscription. We want to make sure you feel part of our community! As well as your welcome pack with two glasses, a how to taste whisky guide and your five different 30ml whisky samples each month, you’ll receive tasting cards with information about each expression, and space to write your notes.  You’ll also be able to access our exclusive Member Store, where you can find discounts on full bottles as well as the chance to try past month's boxes. Along with that we've also got our Pour & Sip rewards program, giving you the chance to earn points to either spend at the Member Store or use to save money on future boxes.  Plus, we’ll host live tastings to make sure you get the most out of your subscription – we love sharing our whisky knowledge. Even better, we’ll pop an extra-special dram in the post every so often to celebrate your time with us!

How much do I pay for my subscription?

We like to keep things super easy and transparent. If you’ve signed up to our monthly or bi-monthly membership, we’ll charge you £29.95 every time your box is due, on the 27th of the previous month (so we’ll take payment for February’s box on 27th January, for example). If you’ve paused your subscription, you won’t pay a penny. There’s no joining fee, and we won’t charge you for amending or cancelling your plan. No sneaky hidden fees, no postage costs, no worries!

How do I update my account details?

Easy peasy! Just log into your account, and you’ll be able to update your details. If you’re still stuck, just reach out to our brilliant customer service team on +44 (0) 1892 267 700 or cs@pourandsip.com, and they’ll be happy to help.   

I am going on holiday. Can I pause or skip a month?

Yes! We’ve made it super easy to pause your membership, you can modify your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or through the management portal. Resume when you’re back from holiday – and have a great trip! If you want to update your membership in between boxes, you’ll need to do so before your next payment date. This happens on the 27th of the month for every recurring subscription. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sad to see you leave! If you need to cancel, log in to your account and head to your subscription details. Just to let you know, we’re not able to cancel gift subscriptions where you’ve already paid upfront. If you want to cancel your membership in between boxes, you’ll need to do so before your next payment date. This happens on the 27th of the month for every recurring subscription. 

What if I want to skip a month?

Easy! If you want to change the frequency of your subscription, or just pause for a month, you can modify your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or through the management portal.  If you want to update your membership in between boxes, you’ll need to do so before your next payment date. What is the cut-off date for making changes to my subscription?
