I am going on holiday. Can I pause or skip a month?
Yes! We’ve made it super easy to pause your membership, you can modify your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team or through the management portal. Resume when you’re back from holiday – and have a great trip!
If you want to update your membership in between boxes, you’ll need to do so before your next payment date. This happens on the 27th of the month for every recurring subscription.
