We’re taking our taste buds to Scotland, India, Japan, and back to Scotland in this Pour & Sip box. With smoky expressions and lighter floral blends, this is great to explore the many styles of whisky. Let’s get stuck in!

  • Kilchoman Machir Bay Cask Strength: A Iimited-edition single malt from Islay’s Kilchoman distillery, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and bottled up at a burly 58.6% ABV. Lots of classic Islay peat to enjoy, balanced by vibrant citrus and herbaceous notes.

  • Amrut Fusion: This blend from Amrut in India gets its name from the combination of Indian-grown barley and peated Scottish barley that goes into it! It’s matured in the warmer Indian climate, needing less time in the cask than its Scottish counterparts. Fresh fruit, gentle smoke, and spices galore!

  • Arran Port Cask Finish: A single malt from the Isle of Arran off the west coast of Scotland, first launched in 2010. It spent around eight years in American oak before it was moved to ex-Port casks for its finishing period, imparting creamy sweetness and jammy fruit, respectively, balanced by the savoury nature of the Island whisky itself.

  • Mars Maltage Cosmo: An intriguing blended malt from the Mars Shinshu distillery, which is blended and bottled at the site in Japan – though features malts from undisclosed Scottish distilleries alongside a good proportion of Japanese whisky. Lots of light, delicate florals and fruity notes to enjoy!

  • Tomintoul Cigar Malt: A classic sherried Speyside whisky from Tomintoul, which has taken on the affectionate nickname ‘the gentle dram’ thanks to its mellow flavour profile. Some rarely-seen peated Tomintoul single malt has been added to this expression, with all the malts used either fully matured or finished in Spanish Oloroso sherry butts.
