Ardbeg 15 Year Old 2008 - North Star Spirits (Master of Malt Exclusive): North Star Spirits bottled this Ardbeg just for Master of Malt. Distilled on 29 October 2008, it spent 15 years in a single butt cask before it was bottled at cask strength on 14 June 2023.
Highland Park Cask Strength - Release No.4: Highland Park's Cask Strength series showcases the whisky straight from the cask. Release No.4 was matured mainly in first-fill sherry seasoned European oak casks, along with first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks, a small quantity of refill casks, and – for the first time – Port casks too.
Nc’nean Quiet Rebels Gordon: The third seasonal release from Nc'nean's Quiet Rebels series which celebrates the humans behind the whisky. Created to be an oily, decadent whisky, the bulk of the blend (74%) is made up of STR red wine casks, plus 19% oloroso sherry butts and just 7% Rivesaultes casks for a much fruitier, spicier take from the distillery.
Bimber Apogee XII 12 Year Old: An intriguing blended malt from London’s Bimber distillery, Apogee XII is created using a blend of single malts from Speyside and the Highlands, aged for at least 12 years. After blending, the whisky was given an extra rest in bourbon casks that had also previously been used to mature Bimber's very own single malt whisky.
Penderyn Patagonia: A global marriage of single malts from both Wales' Penderyn and La Alazana, a farm distillery responsible for Patagonia’s first single malt, made to remember the Welsh pioneers who travelled to Patagonia in 1853.
