Old Perth 12 Year Old - Aged Collection

Old Perth has its roots in Peter Thomson’s drinks and grocery business, which he established back in 1908 and started producing his own whisky blends – one of which was Old Perth. Old Perth proved very popular over the years because of its high proportion of malt whisky, though sadly by the early 1970s, the brand was no more.

It wasn’t the end for Old Perth however, because it was relaunched by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers in 2014 as a blended malt. Since it was revived, Old Perth has focused on sherry cask maturation and this 12 Year Old is no different – a great example of classic sherried flavours, it’s brimming with candied citrus, chocolate, spices, and dried fruit.
