Raasay can be found just off Skye’s east coast in the Inner Hebrides. Over the last decade the distillery has (rightly) gained many admirers, using 100% Scottish malt, producing (and combining) both peated and unpeated spirit, and often experimenting with different oak types along the way.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the latest edition of the London Spirits Competition’s 2024 Whisky of the Year.
